Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session at Unleashed, you (“the User”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you are bringing friends or family members to your session, you are responsible for ensuring they have read and follow these terms.

Use of the Unleashed facility is entirely at your own risk.

Bookings

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • Walk-ins are not permitted.

03.

Arrivals, Departures & Cancellations

Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session. If another customer is still in the car park, remain in your vehicle until they have completely exited the facility to avoid dogs interacting through the fencing.

Departure Time
Your booking includes the time required to leash your dog and leave the park. Please vacate the facility promptly at the end of your session.

Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Dog Health Requirements

Dogs using the park must:

  • Be fully vaccinated (including kennel cough where applicable).
  • Be up to date with flea and worming treatments if attending social meet-ups.
  • Not show any signs of illness.

05.

Dog Licensing

Under Irish law, all dogs must:

  • Hold a valid dog licence.
  • Wear a collar displaying the owner’s contact details.

Dog Wardens may request proof of licensing.

06.

Supervision & Dog Control

  • Dogs must remain under your supervision and control at all times.
  • Dogs must never be left unattended.
  • We recommend a maximum of 3 dogs per adult, with no more than 10 dogs in the park at any one time.

07.

Gate Security

Always ensure the double-gate system is securely closed and locked when entering and leaving the park.

08.

Cleaning Up

Owners must pick up after their dogs and dispose of waste in the bins provided.

Failure to clean up after your dog may result in future bookings being refused.

09.

Protecting the Park

Please prevent your dog from digging holes. If your dog does dig, you must fill the hole before leaving to help keep the park safe for other visitors.

10.

Respect Our Neighbours

Please be considerate of nearby residents by discouraging excessive barking whenever possible.

11.

Livestock & Wildlife

Unleashed is located in a rural setting. Please ensure your dog does not harass neighbouring livestock or local wildlife.

12.

Liability

Unleashed accepts no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any person, dog or property while using the facility.

13.

Damage to Property

Users are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their dogs to fencing, gates, equipment or any other park facilities.

14.

Failure to Comply

Failure to comply with Unleashed Dog Park Rules posted on our website and social media accounts, as well as at the park itself, may result in termination of your access without refund. We hope that this is not the case as we know all dog lovers / customers are happy to respect the rules.
